What to tell us when you call

If it is an automotive call, the more of this we know up front, the faster we can be on the truck and out the door:

• Year, make, and model of the vehicle
• Whether you have any key (even a broken one) or none at all
• Whether the car is at a home address or in a public parking lot
• Push-to-start, or a metal key in the ignition?

For a home or business call:

• The address and any gate/code we will need
• How many doors and what brand of hardware (if you know)
• Whether this is a rekey, a full hardware change, or a lockout

If you are not sure of any of this, do not worry about it. Just call.
